Join chef and recipe developer Erin from The Edible Flower for a demo and interactive workshop on how to build the ultimate Winter salads. Elevate crisp leaves with roasted vegetables, sharp pickles, grains, pulses, toasted nuts and seeds - just some of the many ways to create delicious, satisfying and nourishing vegetarian salads and side dishes.

You will learn how to get the right balance of flavours, how to add different textures and how to make easy, punchy dressings to take your salads to the next level. There will be loads to try along the way and you’ll get to make your own salad with some of the ingredients we’ve prepared to eat on the evening or to take home for the following day.
