Upcoming Supper Clubs
Summer Solstice Supper club: A Midsummer Feast
As the light lingers late into the evening, join us for a Summer Solstice Supper Club celebrating the abundance of midsummer.
Across two candlelit evenings, we’ll gather around the table for a seasonal feast inspired by wild flowers, sun-ripened fruit, garden herbs and long Scandinavian summer nights.
Come celebrate Summer Solstice with us and feast under the midnight sun! Grab your seat at the table!
Bealtaine Supper: Ember & spice
This year’s Bealtaine dinner is a homage to some of my favourite dishes and flavours from Thailand, Vietnam, Laos and beyond.
Think zingy lime, crispy fritters, toasty sesame and peanuts, crunchy vegetables, sweet, sour and spicy dressings and everything tumbled with handfuls of fresh herbs. Not to mention a deliciously aromatic Massaman curry, seared steak with the perfect chilli sauce and an luscious dessert of pineapple cake and ice cream. I can’t wait for this menu, some of my favourite flavours and dishes!
Come celebrate the beginning of summer with us and welcome back the sunshine! Grab your seat at the table!
Spring Equinox Supper Club: A celebration of wild garlic
Spring is about to be sprung and this I’m feeling inspired by the gorgeous greens that are just starting to pop up in the fields, the woodlands and the hedgerows.
We’ll be feasting on wild garlic butter, wild garlic salsa verde and wild garlic tortellini to name a few, alongside some gorgeous spring classics - slow cooked new season lamb, a spring greens lasagne with some delicious Irish cheeses, a zingy orange salad making the most of the new salad leaves and the end of citrus season and a perfect spring dessert of rhubarb and custard. Come feast with us!
Dinner in Marrakech
Join us this September for a magical evening of spice, warmth and indulgence with Dinner in Marrakech — a decadent dinner celebrating the rich, sun-drenched flavours of Moroccan cuisine. Begin with a cocktail and gorgeous canapés that awaken the senses, followed by three sumptuous courses inspired by the vibrant souks and secret courtyards of the Red City. Think fragrant tagines, cinnamon-kissed couscous, preserved lemons, smoky aubergine, fresh bread, jewel-like dates, slow-cooked lamb, honey-soaked feta and crispy pastry — each dish a love letter to the tastes and textures of North Africa. This is more than dinner; it’s an escape to Marrakech for the night. Seats are limited — come hungry.
Table for Palestine Fundraiser
I’m bringing some of my favourite Palestinian recipes together with a few new (to me) dishes for this one-off supper to raise money for Palestine. All the profits from this event will be donated to World Central Kitchen - who are providing meals on the ground in Gaza.
Dinner in Sicily
Inspired by two gorgeous trips I took to Sicily last year, this abundant, summery menu will transport you to this magical island in the Mediterranean for a three-course feast with a few delicious extras.
Join us this August for this delightful, communal dinner celebrating the cuisine of Sicily and the beautiful produce of Ireland. Expect fragrant slow-cooked, crispy pork belly, unctuous aubergine, salty ricotta and meltingly soft burrata, crisp arancini, sticky peaches and crunchy, creamy cannoli.
Bealtaine Supper Club
Join me this May for a delightful, communal supper to celebrate everything that is deliciously in seasonal. For this supper club I’ve drawn inspiration from recent travels in Morocco and from my enduring love of cooking with flowers and leaves that I can gather in the County Down countryside. Expect almondy hawthorn blossom, tangy rhubarb, salty olives and preserved lemon, tender, slow-cooked chicken, crispy dandelion fritters, smoky aubergine, caramelised onions, sweet dates, tonnes of fragrant herbs and much more.
Spring Supper Club
Join me this March for a gorgeous Spring supper club celebrating the best of the season - think fresh springy greens, punchy wild garlic, bright herbs, zingy citrus, roasted roots and fragrant, bejewelled rhubarb alongside gorgeous cheeses, smoked and slow-cooked meats and creamy desserts. We’ll be welcoming the new season alongside some comforting favourites. I’ve so enjoyed putting together this menu and I can’t wait to share it with you all.
Winter Solstice Supper Club
**SOLD OUT** This year we will be feasting on some Wintry favourites - think warming spiced apple, earthy chestnuts and mushrooms, crispy sage, maple-roasted root vegetables, slow-cooked venison, wine spiced pears and rich chocolate cake. But that is not all - alongside some classic dishes are some delectable surprises - sweet and savoury prawn har gow dumplings, zingy beetroot tostadas with smoky leeks and deliciously fragrant Turkish delight. I’ve so enjoyed putting together this menu and I can’t wait to share it with you all.
