Get ready for a fragrant, fiery, and flavor-packed kitchen adventure! In this hands-on class, you’ll learn the art of building Thai curries from the ground up - starting with making your own curry pastes from scratch.
We’ll turn those pastes into two stunning dishes: a rich, comforting Massaman curry and a vibrant green vegetable curry. We’ll also make a gorgeous Thai red curry with duck & pineapple using my recommended pre-made curry paste. we’ll chat about how to make perfectly fluffy Jasmine rice, whip up some crisp and fragrant Thai fishcakes, and toss together a zingy, crunchy salad.
After cooking, we’ll sit down to enjoy a two-course Thai feast, ending with a refreshing Thai-style dessert.
You’ll head home with a full tummy, new skills, an understanding of Thai flavours (and how to balance them), and a full set of recipes to recreate it all in your own home.
Recipes for everything we cook will be provided. This class is suitable for vegetarian, gluten free and vegan guests. But please let us know when booking. For other dietary requirements let us know when booking and we’ll do our best to accommodate if possible.
