Roll up your sleeves and dive into the delicious world of handmade pasta! In this hands-on class, you’ll learn how to make fresh pasta dough from scratch, then turn it into silky tagliatelle and perfectly shaped filled pasta. We’ll also cover how to layer leaves or flowers into your fresh pasta dough for a gorgeous stained glass effect.
Together we’ll cook up a vibrant Sicilian Pasta alla Norma to pair with your tagliatelle (covering how to make the best and simplest tomato sauce), and you’ll mix and master two classic fillings: spinach & ricotta and a wintry mushroom & chestnut.
After all the rolling, shaping, stirring and saucing, we’ll sit down together to enjoy a two-course dinner featuring everything you’ve created, plus a delicious Italian-inspired dessert
You’ll head home with a full belly, new pasta-making skills, and a pack of recipes to recreate the magic in your own kitchen.
Recipes for everything we cook will be provided. This class is suitable for vegetarians but is not suitable for anyone who is gluten free or vegan. For other dietary requirements let us know when booking and we’ll do our best to accommodate if possible.
