Elevate crisp leaves with roasted vegetables, sharp pickles, grains, pulses, toasted nuts and seeds - just some of the many ways to create delicious, satisfying and nourishing vegetarian salads and side dishes.
You will learn how to get the right balance of flavours, how to add different textures and how to make easy, punchy dressings to take your salads to the next level. There will be loads to try along the way and you’ll get to make your own salad with some of the ingredients we’ve prepared to eat on the evening or to take home for the following day.
An information pack with everything covered throughout the workshop is included. Suitable for vegan, dairy free and gluten free but please let us know of dietary requirements when you book.
