Join us for a vibrant, hands-on cooking class exploring the bold flavours of Mexican tacos! We’ll start by making corn tortillas from scratch—warm, soft, and miles better than anything shop-bought. Then you’ll craft all the fillings and toppings that will make your tacos truly unforgettable.

On the menu: melt-in-your-mouth slow-cooked pork pibil from the Yucatan region, zesty pink pickled onions, smoky charred tomato salsa, fiery-sweet pineapple & habanero salsa, and your choice of crispy fish or veggie tacos.

Once the chopping, griddling, and salsa-splattering fun is done, we’ll sit down to enjoy a two-course taco feast featuring everything you’ve created plus a lush Mexican dessert.

You’ll leave with taco-making confidence, happily full, and armed with recipes to bring the fiesta home with you.

Recipes for everything we cook will be provided. This class is suitable for gluten free guests and can be adjusted for vegetarians and vegans. Please let us know when you book. For other dietary requirements let us know when booking and we’ll do our best to accommodate if possible.
